Rosella Elphinstone is an Edinburgh-based aerial performer and instructor who specializes in aerial silks, rope, and cloud and is the founder of Dair Entertainment. Rosella began training aerial acrobatics at 12 with All or Nothing Aerial. She is one of Dair's primary performers, providing our silks and cloud solo acts, and partners with Sarah Lake to create Double Dair, our aerial duo, on hoop.

Dair Entertainment is her second child, in 2018 she founded Dundee University Aerial Society, the first and only university society to provide aerial training in Scotland. She was President of the society for its initial year and continues to teach its members. She also teaches adults and children across Edinburgh for All or Nothing, Aerial Art House, and Freedom of Flight.  Rosella completed Paper Doll Militia's Level 1 Silks teacher training course in 2018, their Level 2 course in 2019, and their Level 1 Rope course in 2019. She has performed internationally and has also trained as an actor. She participated in youth theatre throughout her childhood, has a HNC in Acting and Performance, and is represented by Strange Town. Rosella graduated in 2021 from the University of Dundee with a law degree.

Rosella competed in two business competitions to fund the upstart of Dair, The University of Dundee Enterprise Challange 2018 and Venture 2019. She was successful and received funding from both. 

Sarah Lake is an Edinburgh-based aerial performer and instructor who specializes in static trapeze. Sarah started training aerial acrobatics at 14 in 2016 at Full Cirqle. She is one of Dair's primary performers, providing our trapeze and net solo acts, and partners with Rosella to create Double Dair, our aerial duo, on hoop. She has performed internationally and teaches at Aerial Art House in Edinburgh.  

Ella McKay is an Edinburgh-based aerial performer who specializes in aerial silks. She is one of Dair's primary performers, providing solo silks acts, and also works behind the scenes on our marketing. Ella started training aerial acrobatics in 2017 with All or Nothing Aerial and Spinal Chord before completing the BTEC Foundation Diploma in Contemporary Circus and Physical Theatre at Circomedia, graduating in 2021. In 2020, Ella also completed Paper Doll Militia's Level 1 Silks teacher training course.
